I am reporting [GBR] Shell. I was second in a race(3 min ago from this message) and GBR Shell came off the pits(as a back marker) and it me on the side. He claimed he "was lagging" which was clearly an excuse because he could drive and come off the pits.

Please ban so he doesnt do it again/ruins others races. Thank you.]]>

Unfortunately, as I tried to explain that I looked at the replay and that we both touched by accident(I know he's a fast driver and that I am careful as well), he started to call me with insults demanding an apology. The evidence is the MRC server at the time of this post. ( approximately 23:16 or 5 min ago).

I did not retaliate to him calling me names with insults. Is he an admin? If so, is that what is expected of admins?
I am very confused and would like someone to look into this. I am available for any questions.

I hope this incident is addressed, as I have been racing on MRC servers for 6 plus years, it would be sad to see something this happens without any consequences.

my Question is why my Experience are day for day goes down !?

I got have Experience over 700 some Months ago, but at the moment its are 597,4 for NO REASON.

Can anyone Explain why is that so ?

Is it a thing from AIRIO ?
I playing 3-4 times per Week LFS Online for some hours and my Experience (!ex) is falling for no Reason...(no Crash, or something.....also i Win Races)

MRc has wonderful servers and banning people with the reasoning of "hey I dont know this guy, so he MUST be guilty" is not the way to go. We all want to learn and have fun in the beginner FBM server.

I got banned from the MRC beginner server yesterday. I don't want to create any scandal. The ban is only for 12h and i wasn't having fun anyway.

So last night, i got involved in an incident that got me kicked because i didn't spectate. Fair enough, i explained myself and Lebowski advised me to map a button on my wheel to spectate all good, i'm spectating everytime the car is spinning or is unrecoverable.

Then come a race where someone turned into me before his overtake was complete meaning that we both got into a spin, i spectated immediatly. That guy then launched a vote to ban me and Lebowski, i assume without seeing the incident, choose to use his priority vote to ban me for 12h.

Although i know that the vote system can't be perfect, it is at least democratic. Here someone just used his power without checking anything to ban me.

Is that sort of things expected on MRC and should i just launch the first vote independently of who is at fault ?
