Reporting: off the pits purposeful crash

	Hi, I am reporting [GBR] Shell. I was second in a race(3 min ago from this message) and GBR Shell came off the pits(as a back marker) and it me on the side. He claimed he "was lagging" which was clearly an excuse because he could drive and come off the pits. Please ban so he doesnt do it again/ruins others races. Thank you.

There was a player called 'mark the racer' (also his LFS username) on [MRc] Beginner BMW this morning who was deliberately wreaking lots of people for the races I was there. I have 2 replays but not sure where to upload them to. You can see the replays in my post in this thread on LFS Forums.
