(Question) Procedures to enforce rules

Also for the part where people wont be removed for discussion,  as Red bottom lying is close to having him removed from the team

Conclusion

What happened was a serious incident and not what is defined as a normal accident, normally it would warrant a ban but was given a more lenient punishment, namely a kick. the only thing that will achieved from discussing it any further is the punishment becoming more severe which is inline for such an incident. 

Also any member make false statements which can harm MRc can and will be removed with immediate effect from now onwards

All incidents are dealt with by the severity of the incident, you would not expect someone going full throttle into turn 1 to only get warned would you? no and this was as close an incident to that as possible

Also @spell ., You have a misconception which you keep trying to say regarding who's the boss here,  Both Myself and Simon are equal here, i was given ownership and already knew that if anyone deserved to have ownership then simon had already shown more dedication than anyone so though it was right and fair to give simon equal ownership with me. I know you are trying to cause tensions here but it wont work ! myself and simon have more respect for each other than that.

If this does not deserve a kick or it is claimed to be an racing incident it only shows bias on their part
