I was recently informed of comments made by the racer Korridas(CEO) , we do not tolerate any form of racial/ethnic slurs on the servers and forums and anyone caught doing so can expect the maximum ban possible

Normally you would have a a right to appeal against a ban, but i believe that for you to do so would just be wasting your's and our time

999 is what we mean by a permanent ban as usually that is longer than most would actually still try to use that account without resorting to try and make a new account to use(we catch many doing so)
