MRC kick policy

been noticing that there are a couple of mrc people on the beginner server that seem to be really kick and ban happy.
these people are blisterlingly fast, they aren't beginners. but they kick for what i can only describe as petty reasons. 
e.g someone bumped their wheels twice, it's almost juvenile. 

what policy does mrc use for kicking.

btw for anyone asking i donate to the server and will continue to do so. it's a great server and the game will die if we dont encourage beginners

a case in point would be just now, shadow kicked me going down blackwood straight, i was trying to give room to someone on the inside but hit someone else.
kicked straight away. shadow has been doing this all day

Bro i have the Replay you and another driver made contact you lost control of your car and was sideways drifting along the grass at that point you should of shift + s Or stopped but you never, you tried to recover your car and re enter the track whilst others drivers was still approaching the corner and thats when you made contact with me crashing me of the track completely and then that’s when you did shift + s you clearly had no control of your car and should of used shift s whilst you was sliding along the grass but you waited untill you slid back onto the track which is why i removed you.

so why then if that is the case then say that i will be banned if i do it again.

my perspective, and everyone has their own, is that i moved to the right to allow space for someone coming up to my left., unfortunatley i hit someone else . now  the mechanics of my moving across to hit the (in my case shift-P) took too long for you liking. 
but at what point was it not a beginner thing.
also how many people have you kicked today?

Many Racers seem to think that just because it’s a Beginners server that they don’t have to follow rules its a Beginner server not a rule breaking server it still provides competitive racing but you can’t enjoy racing when drivers spin and just stop on the racing line or reverse back onto the track etc.. i do not remove people just for the sake of it and i do understand that it may be hard to Shift s as quick as possible but don’t make it out like i just randomly kick drivers because I don’t i just observe and remove those who deliberately crash / ignore blue flag or just don’t do something as simple as Shift s and end up spoiling it for another driver i am pretty sure MRc members can back me up on the drivers who clearly ignore rule alerts even after warning them.

that would be great, i can then see from your perspective.
i'm not making out like that at all, i'm just trying to ascertain what considered approach you take to kicking people.

i've just got back into LFS as a few years ago it was dying. the begginers server is the one that will keep the game alive, would be a shame to spoil that
