Why did i got banned on a racing incident ?

I got banned from the MRC beginner server yesterday. I don't want to create any scandal. The ban is only for 12h and i wasn't having fun anyway.

So last night, i got involved in an incident that got me kicked because i didn't spectate. Fair enough, i explained myself and Lebowski advised me to map a button on my wheel to spectate all good, i'm spectating everytime the car is spinning or is unrecoverable.

Then come a race where someone turned into me before his overtake was complete meaning that we both got into a spin, i spectated immediatly. That guy then launched a vote to ban me and Lebowski, i assume without seeing the incident, choose to use his priority vote to ban me for 12h.

Although i know that the vote system can't be perfect, it is at least democratic. Here someone just used his power without checking anything to ban me.

Is that sort of things expected on MRC and should i just launch the first vote independently of who is at fault ?

Indeed, I voted without having seen your last crash and I knew which effects does an admin vote give.

That's true about kick or ban votes, the democraty ends where the admin's acts start :)

You can be sure all the MRc Teams is for democraty. Of course, if an admin votes like a dictator, his rights are removed asap and in this case, your complaint is really precious, then thanks !

Unfortunatly, on beginners server, votes can be fanciful and admins are there for everybody enjoys racing, for both beginners and more experimented guys.

In you case, I followed your behaviour on track before, about your drive and about messages in chat from safe drivers whom I know for long time ago to be never angry. As I remember at least on 2 days, when there was a vote to kick you 12h I knew what I did. I sign :)

However I may missjuge, I'm sorry if it made you angry, hope see you soon on tracks.
