(Question) Procedures to enforce rules

Warning always before kick or ban unless driver has caused problems be for. Many drivers including MRc members and owners have had pedal or vr problems or a wild pop up on screen etc etc. Would it be fair to kick them for any mistake caused with out any chance to explain them selves?

Honestly, as I told Red and spe1l, I've moved past this. I get that the whole warn before kick thing is apparently an issue, especially in the case of dido, but let it be. We all know dido and bish and who ever else in the team are good friends and will never take action no matter the situation. I've moved past it, such incidents don't occur anymore as well as this was a few days before i was accepted so I have no care in the world anymore. And not to sound like a child but if you are going to say to do something such as warn before kick, it should go for everyone, whether its an actual rule or not (this is toward gemini). It's not fair to hold some people to different standards, it causes corruption and situations like these. Just my 2 cents, as i said, i couldn't careless about this. I dont even race on that server anymore just so i dont see him again so i'm not bothered, he can continue to abuse his powers and get away with it... not my problem.

There is a clear corruption in the team with regard to decisions made. Many people who I shall not mention agree friendships cloud people's judgement, which is unfair and will unfortunately one day be the death of the team unless we change our ways.

I had to deal with a situation earlier with one driver who created a problem on FBM, crashed a few people on GTR for which I gave many warnings for, and then he crashed on FBM saturday with his car upside down in the middle of the track and didn't spec. After I had given the individual many warnings did he recieve a kick which I was instructed to by gemini personally. The correct procedure was applied and he was treated the same as anyone else would, well should.

During my time of being part of the team I have never come across a time where we have banned someone for their first incident so banning shouldn't even be mentioned in this case.

Regardless of whether it was Dido or even Ashton the same procedure must be taken to give everyone a fair chance.

Not sure what incident where friendships have clouded someones actions for crashing ect, but trust me we have removed good friends from the team for incidents, also anything happening in an event is the sole responsibility of the person running the event, we cannot intervene

Bish you said good friends have been removed in the pasted etc etc. Now we have well over 5 complains about dido abuse of power from this forum and old one and in discord. Yet nothing is done also MRc max was removed/demoted for bump drafting and weaving. Dido has been seen to be abusive with admin rights and be caught many times bump drafting people. Why would he not be removed/demoted? There is a clear disruption towards dido this is facts. I have seen the admin chat and boards it's only untill recent someone became friends with dido again and now people will not vote against him in fear of upsetting high MRc person. Again this is facts

You tell me one time where he has kicked for anything other than someone ruining races, he has been an admin on the MRc servers well before samix had left MRc, also you cannot expect anyone to look at these claims if a report is not made here on the forums, psychic abilities is not one of my strengths :D

The bumpdrafting i have only witnessed and experienced when the servers empty and theirs no racing but agree he and anyone else should not be doing it, its certainly never happened in a race that i have been taking part in as i would have said something as then it becomes an unfair race

Shamz was not a mistake he made the decision to go off track (chicane) then full throttle into the path of another racer, normally someone would be banned for that yet he was only kicked. lol

If you look at the old forum you will find multiple team members who were friends that i had to remove for unfair driving and its not just max

What one person see's as facts usually is based on the partial information they know and its not until they see all the information that it becomes clearer
